Role Overview 


We’re hiring a Personal Assistant to the CEO—a high-trust, private-side role that blends executive lifestyle support, operational discipline, and personal brand coordination. 


This is not a secretarial or administrative job. You will serve as a behind-the-scenes operator who ensures that the CEO’s home, travel, personal digital presence, and private priorities are executed with rigor, discretion, and care. 


The ideal candidate brings a sharp eye for detail, high responsiveness, and a calm, professional demeanor. You’ll work closely with household staff, vendors, and executive support teams—ensuring that everything runs smoothly across environments, both physical and digital. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Travel & Hospitality Management 

  • Handle end-to-end travel arrangements for the CEO, including flight bookings, hotel coordination, and visa documentation 
  • Ensure local and international travel is well-planned, optimized, and seamlessly executed 
  • Coordinate hospitality needs for guests, family, or visiting stakeholders across professional and personal circles 


Home & Lifestyle Operations 

  • Serve as a house manager for the CEO’s residence—ensuring upkeep, cleanliness, and staff coordination 
  • Oversee inventory, procurement, and maintenance of essential supplies across home and personal workspaces 
  • Coordinate with household vendors (maintenance, repairs, services) and ensure smooth daily operations 
  • Manage domestic logistics with discipline: utility tracking, service renewals, and upkeep schedules 


Personal Communication & Social Media Support 

  • Draft and manage personal social media communication, especially for family, legacy, and brand-building moments 
  • Respond to and coordinate messages related to personal connections and relationships, when delegated 
  • Maintain high-quality communication standards that reflect the CEO’s personal values and public image 


Celebrations & Relationship Management 

  • Maintain and manage an updated database of birthdays, anniversaries, and key milestones for the CEO’s inner circle 
  • Coordinate personalized gifting, messages, and celebrations with warmth and accuracy 
  • Manage seasonal and cultural gifting calendars—ensuring timeliness and thoughtfulness in execution 


Brand & Legacy Coordination 

  • Support the CEO’s personal brand efforts—across reputation, legacy initiatives, and curated public engagements 
  • Liaise with design/content teams for personal event invites, thank-you notes, or brand-aligned collateral 
  • Track and organize documentation related to personal projects, recognitions, and appearances 


What We’re Looking For 

Required Experience 

  • 3–5 years in a high-trust executive support, personal assistant, or lifestyle operations role 
  • Prior experience managing HNI households, hospitality logistics, or high-profile personal environments 
  • Demonstrated comfort in handling sensitive information with complete confidentiality 
  • Strong written communication and operational coordination skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional training in hospitality, lifestyle management, or executive assistance is a plus

Compensation & Benefits 

Total Annual Compensation: ₹12,00,000 

  •  ₹10,00,000 Fixed Annual Salary
  •  ₹2,00,000 Retention Bonus (paid annually) 
  •  Discretionary bonuses for exceptional service and ownership
