Role Overview:

Artha Group is seeking a visionary Head of Digital Brand Strategy and Community Engagement, a role of strategic importance in shaping our online presence. The ideal candidate will drive the brand’s digital strategy, ensuring a cohesive and engaging presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and others.

This position requires a strategic thinker who excels in pull marketing strategies. The candidate must leverage compelling content and organic engagement to build a strong digital footprint without relying on excessive marketing spending. The candidate must have a deep understanding of the financial services and venture capital space and be able to create narratives that resonate with limited partners, founders, and the broader investment community.



Key Responsibilities:


Digital Brand Strategy Development:

  • Lead the development of a unified brand strategy that resonates across all digital platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create and implement content strategies that drive organic engagement and build a solid online community around Artha Group’s brand.
  • Ensure all digital content reflects the brand’s values and business goals, emphasizing thoughtful, strategic storytelling over push marketing.


Social Media Management:

  • Oversee the strategy and execution of social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and manage brand properties like Artha Unplugged and DamaniTalks, ensuring they engage the target audience and enhance the brand’s digital presence.
  • Monitor and refine social media strategies to optimize engagement, follower growth, and brand visibility.


Content Creation and Digital Storytelling:

  • Ideate, create and oversee the production of compelling digital content that aligns with the brand’s strategic objectives and resonates with the target audience.
  • Manage the production of podcasts, webinars, and video content, ensuring they effectively communicate Artha Group’s thought leadership and industry expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality, engaging content that drives organic growth and brand loyalty.


Community Engagement and Management:

  • Build and maintain a vibrant online community around Artha Group’s ecosystem, including limited partners, founders, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies for community engagement that foster loyalty and trust without relying on heavy marketing spending.
  • Engage the community through interactive content, events, and discussions that promote our brand’s values and expertise.


Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Use data-driven insights to monitor the effectiveness of digital branding efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize engagement and achieve business goals.
  • Report regularly on the performance of social media campaigns, community growth, and overall digital brand health.
  • Ensure alignment of digital branding strategies with broader business objectives, focusing on building a robust and trusted brand presence online.



Qualifications:


Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing, digital strategy, or social media management are highly valued.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 7+ years in digital brand strategy, social media management, or communications, focusing on financial services or venture capital.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing digital strategies that drive organic growth and community engagement.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing success in managing social media channels and developing content that resonates with a professional audience.


Skills:

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them for brand building and community engagement.
  • Strong content creation and storytelling abilities, emphasizing pull marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams in achieving strategic goals.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management software.



Compensation:

  • Salary: ₹30 lakhs per annum (₹27 lakhs paid monthly + ₹3 lakhs paid at the end of every 12 months).
  • Carried Interest: Participation in the carried interest pool.
  • Performance Bonus: Annual performance bonus based on superior performance.
  • ESOP: Participation in the ESOP pool after 12 months in the role.
