Role Overview: 

We are seeking a People & Leadership Development Head to champion the enhancement of our team members’ performance, treating them as elite athletes with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence. This role involves meticulously tracking performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with the leadership team and employees to fill gaps and drive productivity. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Performance Tracking: Develop and implement sophisticated systems to track and analyze performance metrics across the organization. This includes creating dashboards and reports that provide insights into individual and team performance. 
  2. Coaching and Development: Design and execute personalized coaching programs aimed at improving performance. Work with employees and leadership to identify performance gaps, create development plans, and provide coaching and mentoring to enhance performance. 
  3. Performance Improvement Strategies: Implement strategies that foster a culture of excellence. This includes organizing workshops, training sessions, and continuous education programs tailored to the needs of the team. 
  4. Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract high-caliber talent. Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are aligned with performance expectations and the company culture from day one. 
  5. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics to drive strategic decisions and improvements. Regularly analyze performance data to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement. 
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment on performance goals and strategies. Facilitate communication between teams to promote best practices and performance standards. 
  7. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and refining performance management processes. Encourage feedback and actively seek out new methodologies and tools to enhance performance. 
  8. Team Building: While initially focusing on existing team members, this role will eventually involve building and leading a dedicated team for performance management as the organization grows. 
  9. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop the ability to convincingly present performance reports and strategies to management, leaders, and analysts. Engage the right trainers and classes to improve overall efficiency, performance, productivity, and excellence. 

 

Qualifications: 

  1. Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Performance Management, or a related field from a reputed institute. 
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in performance management or a related field, with a proven track record of driving performance excellence and improvement.

  1. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies. 
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely. 
  3. Coaching and Mentoring: Proven experience in coaching and mentoring professionals, with a focus on performance improvement. 
  4. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using performance management software and tools, as well as advanced Excel and data visualization tools. 
  5. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team towards achieving high performance. 
  6. Influence and Persuasion: Ability to convincingly present performance reports and strategies to management, leaders, and analysts. 

 

Compensation: 

  1. CTC: 35 lakhs per annum (32 lakhs monthly salary + 3 lakhs annual confirmed bonus)
  2. Performance Bonus: Attractive performance-based incentives. 
  3. Carry and ESOP: Eligibility for carry and ESOP after 12 months in the role.
