Are you ready to transform startup financing and contribute to our mission of fostering innovation and growth? Join us as the Principal - Non-Dilutive Capital, where you will lead the development of innovative, off-balance-sheet financing solutions like operating leases. This role offers a unique

opportunity to shape the future of non-dilutive capital solutions, helping startups grow without equity dilution.

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Innovative Financing Management: Lead the structuring and management of non-dilutive financing solutions tailored for startups, such as operating leases. 
• Strategy Development: Create and implement forward-thinking, asset-backed financing strategies. 
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities in alternative financing. 
• Portfolio Management: Oversee a dynamic portfolio of asset-backed investments, ensuring optimal performance and risk management. 
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with startup founders, venture capitalists, and key stakeholders. 
• Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration. 

Qualifications: 

1.  Experience: 5-7 years in asset-backed financing, working capital solutions, or related fields, with a proven track record in deploying and collecting capital from startups and MSMEs. 
2. Education: Chartered Accountancy or a Master’s in Finance from a top-tier institute. 
3. Skills: Exceptional numerical and financial modeling skills, with a strong understanding of revenue-based financing solutions. 
4. Mindset: Visionary with a long-term commitment to building a multi-fund solution for startups, aiming for a 15-20-year career path leading to partnership. 

Compensation: 

CTC: ₹35 lakhs per annum (₹32 lakhs monthly salary + ₹3 lakhs annual confirmed bonus). 

Performance Bonus: Attractive performance-based incentives. 

Carry and ESOP: Eligibility for carry and ESOP after 12 months in the role.
