Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Artha Group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in media production, including digital campaigns, TVCs, and social media platforms (IG, FB, or YouTube), gained through creative agencies or production studios. Experience in fiction/non-fiction series is also valuable. The Production Coordinator will assist in all aspects of production management and ensure smooth, streamlined execution of projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production of digital campaigns, TVCs, and social media content.
  • Coordinate and manage production schedules using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, or other scheduling software.
  • Liaise with editors, guests, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Follow up on all production-related tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in the coordination of fiction/non-fiction series productions as needed.
  • Maintain effective communication with all team members and external partners.
  • Provide basic editing support when necessary.
  • Ensure all production activities comply with industry standards and company policies.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in media production, preferably in digital campaigns, TVCs, or social media platforms.
  • Background as an Assistant Director (AD) or Post Production Associate Creative Head (ACH) in Films and OTT space is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, or equivalent tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and post-production processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
