About Artha Group
Artha Group is a performance-first investment house managing ₹2,300 crores across domestic and international investment vehicles, including Category I & II AIFs, LLPs, and Private Limited companies. With active investments in 130+ startups, with 32+ successful exits, and 10+ renewable energy projects. We operate at the convergence of capital precision and operational depth.

Role Overview
Artha Group is seeking an Events & Community Associate to own the firm’s events end to end and anchor the operations of its Content & Community division. This is not a coordination role. The role calls for judgement and commercial sense in every decision: which venue, at what rate, for which guests, the value the firm derives from being in the room.
You will own events from planning and venue selection through negotiation, guest experience, on-ground execution and closure. Many of these events host HNIs, family offices, institutional investors and senior leaders from large organisations, making this a front-facing role that calls for poise, discretion and polish in every interaction. You will carry the same standard into podcast recordings and content production. You will also represent Artha in relevant communities, building the network that brings us speaking and panel opportunities, leads for relevant events, and strong participation at the events Artha hosts.
This role demands commercial judgement and operational precision in equal measure. Sharp instincts without disciplined execution, or flawless logistics without commercial sense, will not meet the requirements of this role.

Key Responsibilities
Event Planning and End-to-End Execution
  • Own Artha’s events from concept to closure: planning, run-of-show, guest experience, on-ground execution and post-event wrap-up.
  • Oversee full-spectrum event delivery, including setup of branding, signage, AV, props and guest seating, along with backstage readiness and sequencing.
  • Lead on-ground at key events, with full accountability for operational continuity from setup to closure.
  • Design guest experiences that meet a premium standard and reflect the firm’s brand at every touchpoint.
  • Serve as a front-facing representative of the firm with HNIs, institutional investors and senior guests, managing protocol, seating and hospitality with discretion and polish.
Venue Selection, Procurement and Vendor Management
  • Identify, evaluate and negotiate with venues, hotels, podcast studios, AV providers, and printing, signage, merchandise and branding suppliers.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all vendor and purchase-related queries within the Content & Community division.
  • Maintain vendor trackers, rate cards and payment logs, and liaise with Finance for timely closures.
  • Hold vendors accountable to agreed quality, cost and timelines.
Community Networking and Opportunity Generation
  • Build and maintain a strong network across investor, industry and business communities, and represent Artha in them with credibility.
  • Source leads for relevant external events and secure participation opportunities, including speaker and panel slots for Artha’s leadership.
  • Drive participation at Artha-hosted events by securing the right guests, speakers and partners.
Sponsorship Management
  • Work closely with the reporting manager and leadership to secure sponsorships for all Artha events, aligning partners with the profile and objectives of each event.
  • Lead sponsorship outreach, from identifying and approaching prospective sponsors to preparing proposals and following through to closure.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, connecting them with the right stakeholders within the firm.
  • Manage sponsorship administration, including agreements, documentation, deliverable trackers and post-event reports.
  • Oversee sponsorship billing, invoicing and collections in coordination with Finance.
  • Maintain warm, long-term relationships with current and prospective sponsors, ensuring continued engagement between events.
Podcast and Content Production
  • Oversee podcast recording logistics, including studio, AV setup, scripts, checklists and flow decks.
  • Collaborate with external editors, creators and video teams to manage post-production timelines.
  • Coordinate internal feedback, ensure clarity of revision notes, and verify final outputs meet brand standards.
  • Own editing schedules, version control and publishing calendars for podcast and social video assets.
Planning, Documentation and Operational Reporting
  • Maintain structured calendars and trackers for upcoming events, recordings and content activations.
  • Manage documentation for purchase orders, vendor contracts, creative assets and asset inventory.
  • Report on event outcomes, vendor performance and spend, and the pipeline of external opportunities on a regular cadence.
Required Experience and Traits
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in premium events, luxury hospitality or MICE, with end-to-end ownership of events from planning through closure.
  • Demonstrated venue selection and commercial negotiation experience with hotels, venues and service providers.
  • Strong vendor management and quality assurance, with disciplined tracking of rates, payments and deliverables.
  • An established network in event, hospitality and relevant business communities, with the ability to generate speaking, panel and participation opportunities.
  • Experience working with digital content teams, editors or production partners is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organisational discipline, with a clear command of timelines, processes and documentation.
  • Executive presence and polish, with experience hosting HNIs, institutional investors or senior leadership, and the discretion such audiences expect.
  • Sound judgement and commercial sense, with the ability to weigh cost, brand and outcome in every decision.
  • A self-starter who remains composed under pressure, is meticulous in preparation, and anticipates needs in high-stakes, multi-stakeholder environments.
